Shipping and Payment
SHIPPING
We ship to all countries within the EU* which can be selected during the online order process accordingly.
Orders to be shipped to companies offering shipping and forwarding address services will not be accepted and are excluded from shipping.
Tools (PN 08.102 and PN 08.103) are also shipped to Australia, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand and the United States of America.
Applicable handling and shipping costs will be displayed in EURO and can be previewed under “Shipping and Payment” and in the shopping cart after selection of the destination country and - depending on the available options - selection of the shipping provider.
The customer may choose or change the shipping provider according to the country specific options during the order process.
If personal acceptance of the shipment is waived by granting a signature release authorization to the shipping company, TECTAL cannot accept any claim for compensation in case a shipment gets lost, conforming with the exclusion of any liability of the shipping companies in such cases.
If goods with differing supply times are ordered shipping will be in one batch if not agreed otherwise. Delivery time will then be governed by the good with the longest lead time. Deliveries in part must be agreed upon and confirmed by the customer as additional costs may occur.

PRICE, PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND TERMS
The prices of the goods as shown are in EURO including the applicable VAT and other price components. The prices of the goods do not include costs for handling and shipping. The handling and shipping costs are added and displayed separately in the course of the order process. The shipping costs do not include custom or other import charges which must be paid by the customer as required.
No VAT is applied for goods shipped internationally to third countries as listed in tab.1 (Non - EU, PN 08.102 / PN 08.103 only). This regulation is allowed for and the corrected amount is shown during the actual check-out process after entering the shipping destination.
The amount stated in the order confirmation or invoice is due immediately and can be paid using prepayment (EU only) or credit card payment (VISA and MASTERCARD with 3-D Secure).
SALE AND SHIPPING TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Sale and shipping to third countries (= countries not listed in tab.1) is restricted to the tools PN 08.102 and PN 08.103 only.
