Storage of Personal Data

If no customer contract is closed the data is stored for a maximum of 6 months. If a customer contract is closed the data will be stored for the duration of the customer relationship and beyond as required for the enforceability resulting from or connected to the customer relationship or as required by legal obligations to preserve records. The data is not handled in a fully automated manner. We do not pass on personal data except when it is a compulsory legal requirement especially related to § 16 para. 5 of 1. AußWV 2011. In addition, we cannot exclude the possibility that data is reviewed in case of illicit conduct.
