Shim Kit for Muzzle Brakes, 1/2" Muzzle Thread

As comparable products are practically not available anymore on the European market we have decided to manufacture these shims ourselves as an addition to our muzzle brakes for the installation on barrels with a 1/2" muzzle thread.
The shims may also be used for the installation of any other muzzle device on barrels with a 1/2" muzzle thread.

The shims allow for a stable and parallel contact surface for the muzzle device while the varity of thickness and number of shims contained in the kit allow for a wide range of fine adjustments to mount and align muzzle devices with a 1/2" - 28 and 1/2" - 36 thread.

• Made of stainless precision gauge steel band with high tensile strength

• Supplied parts (pcs. / material thickness* / color code): 3 x 0,075mm RED / 3 x 0,11mm YELLOW / 3 x 0,22mm GREEN / 3 x 0,34mm BLUE / 3 x 0,50mm GRAY

Instructions for use:

• Before maintaining or working on any firearm always ensure that it is unloaded and safe!

• For final tightening of a muzzle device ensure that the barrel is securely clamped in a bench vice with suitable protective vice inserts. No mounting forces shall act on handguards, receivers (lower and upper), etc. to avoid damage!

• The installation manual of the manufacturer of the muzzle device shall be observed!
