Magazine Floor Plate (Base Pad) Aluminium -- Typhoon F12, DERYA MK12 etc. (12ga)

Aluminium magazine floor plate (base pad) for 12ga box magazines used by Typhoon, Derya, Anatolian Arms etc. 

Advantages:

• Very robust execution made from high-strength Aluminium with a hard-anodized surface finish, installed back to front for optimized support against the magazine body; The design and execution  avoids the splintering and breakage typical of the original plastic floor plates especially when dropped on hard surfaces and eliminates the tendency of standard design magazine floor plates of being pushed off, even with a heavy, partially loaded magazine.

• Increased weight aids in ejecting / dropping the magazine quickly and safely from the magazine well

• Easy assembly and disassembly to ensure quick and uncomplicated maintenance especially under match conditions

• The magazine capacity is intentionally not changed, i.e. 10 round magazines retain their original capacity when used with the TECTAL magazoine floor plate and therefore contiune to conform to the common EU regulations regarding rifle magazine capacity

• The original, plastic retention plate is re-used with the TECTAL magazine floor plate.
• The magazine floorplate is pushed onto the magazine body back to front while the follower, spring and retention plate are pushed into and held in the magazine body. CAUTION: The magazine spring is under tension and the use of safety glasses during disassembly and assembly is strongly recommended!
• As the quality of the execution of the steel magazine bodies vary, straightening the retaining tabs of the magazine body may be required in some cases to ensure a proper fit of the magzine floor plate.
